POSITION: OFF-TRADE CHANNEL MANAGER-BEER
LOCATION: VIENTIANE OFFICE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will report directly to the Channel Manager-Beer and will have overall responsibilities including but not limited as following:
- Develop an Off-Trade Channel Marketing Strategy for relevant sub-channels and product categories to achieve specific business objectives.
- Develop multi-touchpoint shopper marketing initiatives and campaigns based on shopper insight and a comprehensive understanding of retailer strategy.
- Develop new Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and merchandising items to support trade execution.
- Develop and ensure brand visibility in off-trade channels by following its brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute trade and consumer promotion, while monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness.
- Prepare a monthly/bi-monthly trade and consumer promotion plan in designated channels.
- Develop PICOS (Placement, Inventory, Communication, & Sales) for all sub-channels, ensuring alignment from relevant stakeholders, roll-out, and implementation.
- Continuously adapt to market dynamics and develop tactical plans to defend and win volume to achieve company targets.
- Lead and coordinate the customization and implementation of integrated marketing activation plans by coordinating internal and external functions.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers to successfully accomplish assigned tasks and meet targets.
- Ensure the efficient usage of resources by managing the channel operating budget.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English and good communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- Experience and intensive knowledge on sales, customer service, channel marketing and merchandizing.
- Previous work experience in FMCG/F&B industry, cross functional exposure will be favourable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to present well with senior leaders.
- Analytical and is familiar with using research-based info to work.
- Self-driven and results oriented.
- Highly assertive
- Able to work odd hours and under stressful conditions.
