Datacom Services Engineer
Mr. Nop Vandeth Responsible as TL for Datacom and Access Network. First half of 2018 have been involve EI work for Laos ETL project, the project include Network, Wireless, Core Network and A&S, AS E2E network planning, from Network architecture, capacity, redundancy, security, serviceability and maintainability output the DRTB result to identify the risks that might be face during project delivery and work together with solution team to solve or prepare backup solution for each risks.

Network Solution Engineer
Mr. Bounmai do very well in the BSK & Skytel backbone DWDM project, and end to end support the project from network design to final fulfilment without obvious mistake, which ensure the smooth progress of the entire project; on the other hand, in the project expanding of the integrated account department, Bounmai also can support the project to the closed loop, which guaranteed the fixed network BU to be in normal operation.
Enterprise Service Engineer
Somsack Keody was tasked with supporting the video conference of the Attapu flood scene, quickly organized equipment preparation and packaging, and traveled long distances to transport the equipment to the Attapu flood scene. After the equipment arrived, Somsack Keody worked overtime to complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment, ensured the rapid use of the equipment, and actively complete the guarantee work during the on-site trial period and the training of the equipment, which was well received by the customers, it reflects the Huawei culture that fulfills customers and hard work.
