Laos CS Technical Support 

This position is to setup, maintain and improve technical Competencies for Laos country

by align with sale and marketing strategies on Laos and in order to improve the customer satisfaction

In term of service network coverage & service center operation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Tech Performance / cooperate with TSE Technical support to improve engineer’s skill.
  • Improve Technical Competencies for Laos CSP and ASCs
  • Facilitate on BO CS Skill enhancement and technical training arrangement
  • Responsible for training to service centers and product consultants (IM & CE)
  • Manage to drive and support Laos CSP and ASCs to achieve service KPIs
  • Technical Evaluation/Improvement plan and reports to Management Laos Priority
  • Other ad-hoc job allocation assigned from market situation on Laos
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or higher, or in any related field. Electronics, Computer/IT would be advantage.
  • At least in 5 years’ experience in International Company in customer service/ service center.
  • Based on local situation it might hard to find 5yrs experience in international company.
  • Related work experience can be considerable
  • Initiative, good interpersonal and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS office (MS excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication skill.
  • Able to travel aboard (Laos).
