MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Future Leader Program)

We have been operating as Unilever Service (Laos) since 2002 and have grown rapidly to become one of the leading companies in Laos. Currently, we are looking for dynamic Management Trainees for Finance to fill in the post as described below:

PURPOSE OF PROGRAM

It takes a smart graduate to become a manager within a few years, but it takes extra ingenuity, passion, and humility to WANT MORE, DO MORE & CONTRIBUTE MORE to become a great leader with impact.

Management Trainee is a 24-month program designed to prepare young future leader to assume the challenging responsibilities and prepare them for business leadership roles. The program encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment.

Management Trainee encompasses both domestic and international stints, extended leadership contact, formal training and development and a rigorous evaluation process. Collectively, this holistic integrated and broad approach aim to accelerate development of future leader.

JOB CRITERIA:

  • 24-Month rotation program (3 Rotations) with enriching development and rigor assessment
  • Functional roadmap based on your Business Area
  • Management Trainees will spend 3 months working alongside a retail representative within a designated, local territory that spans a variety of customers to see how the work of product category, customer, and brand teams within Unilever pays off on the shelves.
  • Potential to have International Experience
  • Experience Formal Training and Informal Learning
  • Provide Mentorship, Exposure to Senior Leaders and Peer Network
  • Communicate High Levels of Performance and Delivery
  • Earn the Potential to Reach Manager-Level Upon Successful Program Graduation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful completion of Bachelor degree with GPA 3 out of 4 or equivalent.
  • Has less than 3 years’ work experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FMCG industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to extract critical data and generate actionable insights
  • Business Acumen
  • Possible to work in different locations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • CANDIDATE MUST BE LAO CITIZEN
