MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Future Leader Program)

Currently, we are looking for dynamic Management Trainees for Finance to fill in the post as described below:
PURPOSE OF PROGRAM
It takes a smart graduate to become a manager within a few years, but it takes extra ingenuity, passion, and humility to WANT MORE, DO MORE & CONTRIBUTE MORE to become a great leader with impact.
Management Trainee is a 24-month program designed to prepare young future leader to assume the challenging responsibilities and prepare them for business leadership roles. The program encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment.
Management Trainee encompasses both domestic and international stints, extended leadership contact, formal training and development and a rigorous evaluation process. Collectively, this holistic integrated and broad approach aim to accelerate development of future leader.
