Position: Reservation and Customer Service Staff cum Interpreter
+ Receiving booking request, booking on system and sending confirmation to customers
+ Loading plan responsibility
+ Coordination with airport team for irregular cases to communicate and support customers.
+ Tracing and investigating with related station when receiving claim damage/ missing cargo
from customers; giving feedback to customers and opening feedback file.
+ Solve any problems, convince the customers to make sure them satisfied with our services if irregularity happen
+ Report to the leader any problems and solve the problems as per leader’s instruction
+ Follow strictly all shipments have received and managed them to arrive as booking confirmation
+ Translate written, verbal communications to English or Vietnamese when meeting with customers
+ Record interactions
+ Social and health insurance, 13th salary month, other staff welfare…
