JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Vacancy 

Customer Relation and Call Center Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Customer Service (CS) Manager in dealing with day-to-day Customer Relation tasks;
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and Customer relation of Toyota dealers;
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure customer are satisfied with their products and services;
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem with technical service, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by customers also Carrying out customers satisfaction surveys and reviews;
  • Be responsible for Dealer Call Center Operation improvement & support Marketing Activities by utilizing system and customer database management;
  • Improve Dealers Call Center SOP modification to support Value Chain Ambassador enhancement;
  • Follow up progressive of Call Center regarding In-active & Aging customer follow up (Support marketing activities);      
  • To design Customer Information Management (CIM) system for mainly support Toyota and Dealers IMV Marketing Activity;
  • Achieve customers Satisfaction targets and Call Center KPI’s as set by Customer Service Manager;
  • To maintain, develop and promote effective networks with both customers and Toyota Dealer on Customer Satisfaction and relation issues; and
  • Provide an effective schedule of Dealer Customer relation and Call center training to staff as per TMC standards.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • University Degree/Diploma in Management/Business Administration or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of admin experience working in automotive/logistic or similar industries;
  • Abilities to work under pressure and deal with products and services;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills; and
  • Fluent communication and proper business writing in English.
