Position: Partner Project and Energy Sales Manager

Location: Vientiane, Laos

Job Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for formulating and executing go-to-market sales strategic plan to meet the assigned orders target.
  • Develop and coach the local sales team in building quality pipelines and strategizing the sales pursuits.
  • Review analysis of sales volumes, pipeline (Compass) potential and develop solutions /strategies to drive growth as well as address future needs relative to sales, support, manpower and training.
  • Conduct regular scheduled calls/meeting/reviews with sales teams to promote the businesses offerings and evaluate customer relationships.
  • Is a source of expert knowledge relating to all sales aspects including, but not limited to: winning sales strategies, quotations, sales opportunities, projects, programs, pricing and customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Lead the offer and channel marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships


  • Electrical Engineering Background
  • 7-10 years of experience in Medium Voltage Business
  • Good English command
  • Able to speak Thai or Laos
  • Ability to establish and maintain CXO level relationship with Project dealer, Contractors, Panel Builders and Designer/M&E companies in Thailand and Laos
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding yearly business targets/metrics
  • Strong contract negotiations, team management and closing skills
