Position: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Duration: 1 year, renewable
Location: Thakek, Khammouane Province
HPA has been working in Laos since 1994, implementing participatory health care projects in the southern provinces of Champasak, Sekong, Saravan, Attapeu and Savannakhet for malaria prevention, health and nutrition, water and sanitation, and resilient livelihoods for the poor, working with communities and building the capacity of the provincial health and district departments. In Khammouane province, HPA, together with the Provincial Health Office and Fundacion Pueblo para Pueblo, is implementing a project called Partnership for Increased Resilience and Improved Food and Nutrition Security of Vulnerable Communities from October 2017 until December 2020. The project is funded by the European Union.
The M&E Officer will be responsible for all M&E activities relating to the project. He/she will be setting up and reviewing monitoring tools and database, coordinating evaluations and research, consolidating data for report and carrying out monitoring visits.
