Is a leading company in trade in Laos. Currently, we have run different types of business namely: Lottery, Consumer Products, Restaurants, Minimart, Tyres & oil, Mobile phones and electric equipment, Factories of Liquid Concrete, Prestressed Concrete Piles and Prestressed Floors, Constructions, Real Estate, and Microfinance. Our company is now expanding our business units across the country. Therefore, we are looking for competent and experienced applications to fill open positions:

Sales Manager - IT

Location: Viengchalern Office, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR

Key Responsibility:

  • Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified geography, product line, or market segment to achieve established sales targets
  • Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas in order to improve the overall performance of the sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the business.
  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility
  • Coach sales representatives on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in IT products would be an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervising team
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Good organizing, planning and communication skills
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Offices
  • Fluency in English and Laos - Speak, read and write
