Adam Smith International is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the implementation of an upcoming EU technical assistance programme in Lao.
The EU-Lao PDR Cooperation Facility programme will support the implementation (including communication) of the EU’s bilateral development cooperation strategy in Lao, with a particular focus on the European Joint Programming Document for Lao PDR 2016-2020. Support will focus on priority areas of co-operation, notably (amongst others) governance, rule of law, human rights, public administration reform, civil society, education and nutrition.
The Technical Coordinator will play a key role in providing programme management support and coordination for the implementation of the cooperation facility.
