JOB DESCRIPTION

Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibility:

  • Acts as a center of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  • Partner with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
  • Facilitate in succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
  • May assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc HR reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in HR policy administration and fulfillment of HR regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Support onboarding process, which includes conducting and termination processes.
  • Assist in Conduct new hire orientation.
  • Assist with administrative processes as required during the Company's Annual Focal review (includes annual performance review, bonus and merit process).
  • Manage processes and communication of Employee Engagement Survey.

Requirement:

  1. Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in a fast paced, professional environment
  2. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational management, diversity, performance management, and employment laws and practices.
  3. Strong conflict and change management skills
  4. Ability to understand organization issues and to make decision firmly
