Head Of Service Unit - LuangPrabang : 1 PositionWork Location: Luang prabang ProvinceJob DescriptionsPrepare yearly budget and P&L of the branch and ensuring budgeted targets are metWork together with Management team to contribute to development, implementation and improving business Operations, processes and policies in support of the Bank’s mission.Support Management team in terms of reporting, information flow and management business process, hiring and SU planning.Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services and improvement each function as well as coordination and communication between customer, client and business functions of the SU.Engage with customers by making information readily available.Possess good communication skills to meet customers’ subordinate’s expectations.Supervise and guide the team in providing fast and efficient service.Act as a representative intermediary between customers and respective departments in the bank.To be able to handle queries from both internal and external stakeholdersMake product knowledge readily available to self and subordinates.Demonstrate good time management skills and meet submission deadline.Manage the housekeeping of all documents pertaining to operations department.Analyze customer needs and to enhance the process for better efficiency.Market the Bank’s products to customer and conduct regular briefings and training to subordinates. Skill set:Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible.To show high commitment and integrity in performing the duties entrusted.Requirement:Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or any related field.At least 3 years of managerial or senior position level working experience in the related fieldsExcellent in communication skills both verbal and writtenKnowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementation best practicesDemonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.Interested candidates can submit their CV to Human Resource Department: bicbank_recruitment@biclaos.com
