We are currently seeking the following positions:Planning and Budget Analyst - 1 position based in Head Quarter office, Vientiane Capital, Working day: Mon-Fri (8 hours/day).Duty Description: Planning and budget analyst is to support Board of Management and/or Board of Directors planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information which includes but not limit to financial and accounting information; recommending actions. Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests. Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives Testify before examining and fund-granting authorities, clarifying and promoting the proposed budgets Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits Match appropriations for specific programs with appropriations for broader programs, including items for emergency funds.Qualification required: Should have at least Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or economics related ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CFA certificate is preferred 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Planning Budget and Analyst Good ability of using advanced Excel and other Microsoft office applications SAP or ERP software experience is preferred.We offer the successful candidate an excellent salary and benefits package, Including PSG self insurance National Social Security Fund Office, Field travels Allowance, Mobile Phone Policies, etc…We invite qualified candidate to submit your resume stating your present and expected salary and ref directly to the Human Resources Department at: Phonesack Group, Ltd. We are currently seeking the following positions:Human Resources Director (Re-advertise), 1 position base in Head Quarter, Vientiane Capital, Working day: Mon-Fri (8 hours/day).Duty Description:The Human Resources Director guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are: recruiting and staffing; organizational and space planning; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; company-wide committee facilitation; company employee and community communication; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; charitable giving; and employee services and counseling. Oversees new employee processing and exit interviews of terminating employees. Maintains confidential employee files and records.Responsibilities: Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams support, company philanthropic giving, and administration. Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources. Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments. Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Establishes departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals. Directs the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment. Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. With the CEO and CFO, annually plans the company’s philanthropic and charitable giving.Qualification Required: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field; At least 10 years work experience in Recruitment or Human Resource and 1 year experience in ; Strong background on recruitment processing including candidate shortlist, interview, result summary, and etc. Knowledge of Lao Labor regulations; Experience in staff database management; Able to communication both in English and Lao; Good negotiation, good organizational and administrative skills; The ability to work under pressure and meet targets; Proficient in MS Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and internet “Outlook”; The ability to work well in a team.We offer the successful candidate an excellent salary and benefits package, Including PSG self insurance National Social Security Fund Office, Field travels Allowance, Mobile Phone Policies, etc…We invite qualified candidate to submit your resume stating your present and expected salary and ref directly to the Human Resources Department at: Phonesack Group, Ltd.
