  • ຜູ້ຈັດການຝ່າຍພັດທະນາທຸລະກິດ/ການຕະຫຼາດ Business Development/Sales/Marketing ManagerYour responsibilities will include:Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Planning and overseeing new marketing/sales initiatives.Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.Developing quotes and proposals for clients.Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.Creating and setting individual sales targets with the sales team.Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.To be successful in the role, you will require:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.Experience in sales, marketing or related field.Proficient in English, Lao, Thai.
