You will be the key person, but get all support you need from experienced consultant to help you coordinate the BDS. Key tasks:Support Consultant Team to select several BDS providers to participate under the project to provide Technical Assistance (TA) to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their business operation and be able to access to loans.Support the development and implementation of a BDS Providers Evaluation System with Scorecards to be completed by MSMEs that receive TA from BDS providers.Support establishment of a database (as part of the Monitoring & Evaluation system) at the Project Management Unit (PMU) to monitor the provision of TA to MSMEs (registration, business profiles, training evaluation) and train PMU staff to manage the database.Support coordination between Government, PMU, BDSs, Financial Institutions, MSMEs and other stakeholders.Identify and prioritize BDS Providers’ capacity building and training needs where required to be funded under the Project’s TA program.Coordinate the BDS providers’ provision of TA to MSMEs who will be participating under the Line of Credit.Includes short-term travel to provinces.If the BDS Coordination does not show to be full-time, you may be involved in other consulting work as assigned by company.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years (preferred 5 years or more) work experience in relevant development work in technical cooperation, business management and operation, banking, finance, accounting, line of credit.Preferred age is 27 to 40 years.Good management skills and experience.Experience in foreign funded development projects is preferable.Ability to read and write good English and Lao, draft reports in English and Lao.Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, Internet Research and the internet.Knowledge about database is an advantage (Access, SPSS, etc).Having a computer is an advantage.Having a motorbike or car is an advantage.Able to do short-term travel to provinces.Application Procedure:For interested applicantsPlease send email to email@example.com (and cc firstname.lastname@example.org) to get Application FormsPlease send your CV and completed “Application Form – General” to email@example.com (and cc firstname.lastname@example.org)Please send completed “Application Form – Salary Rate” to email@example.com (and cc firstname.lastname@example.org)Deadline for application form request is 24/01/2021.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
