Administrative AssistantFunctions and Duties include i.a.: Facilitation /Coordination and assurance of good communication with external partners. including Government counterparts, Diplomatic missions, UN agencies, INGO, etc. Receptionist tasks and clerical duties. Logistical support including travel arrangement, mission planning, meeting arrangements. Preparation of official documents (visa, diplomatic ID card, verbal notes, letters, documents for imported and export diplomatic items etc). Translation of documents and interpretation. Preparation and facilitation of events. Supervision of the security guards, house-keeper and driver. Performance of secretarial duties for the Head of Mission. Follow-up of small grants projects in social sectors. Backing-up and supporting the accountant.
