  • Key Account Manager (Female) Job DescriptionKey Account ManagerJob Title and LocationPosition: Key Account Manager ( Female )Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing Overview and Purpose of RoleThe Key Account Manager positionis responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties Responsible for planning, development and implementation of key initiatives for Sales, Business Development and Marketing.To develop and expand in Country Sales and Commercial Strategy targeting LTC, Sky Telecom, Unitel, ETL & Beeline.To support and implement central regional sales, commercial and business development initiatives include the following:IBS and Small CellsLat-long Sales ProgramechoeMOSFiber (Bandwidth Resell and BTS Hotel)To ensure and achieve customer satisfaction/experience at the best levelDuties and ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements strategic sales & marketing and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for solution and services.Develops and manages sales/business development operating budgetsDevelops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.Ensures effective control of sales & business development results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts sales and business development strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.Guides preparation of sales & business development activity reports and presents to executive management.Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines and events.Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.Meets with key clients for all related sales planning and business development activities including understanding customer requirements, discussion, negotiation, closing deals and relationship buildingsCoordinates liaison between sales department and other related department i.e. Engineering & Operation, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Group HQ (Pricing, Legal, Metro-SBU, etc)Conduct workshop with customer to present corporate solution and process, understanding customer pain-points and implement best industry practisePlan and arrange customer visit to Group HQ Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical document.Prepares weekly sales report showing sales forecast vs. actual (SRF), SOF & RFAI status, ensure conversion between SRF to SOF within company SLAReviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.Champion customer issues/complaints within the company, manage customer expectation and ensure customer satisfaction/experience to the best levelQualifications & ExperienceQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA, or equivalent from a recognized local or international universityExperience:More than 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in Telecom/combined managerial role across multiple geographies and at least 3 years’ sales management roleDemonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in design and execution of Sales and Sales Management.Skills & CompetenciesLanguage/Communication (well-versed in local, Chinese and English)Business Acumen.Communication Proficiency.Customer/Client Focus.Leadership.Presentation Skills.Problem Solving/Analysis.Results Driven.Strategic Thinking.Technical CapacityPlease submit your CV to:108job.r2@gmail.com
