Plan offers competitive salaries and long-term employment opportunities for all posts.Training Coordinator, based in Pha Oudom District, Bokeo Province Responsibilities will include: Work with the Gender Equality in Secondary Schools (GESS) project team members and DESB official to develop a monthly-work plan and budget related to training and Student-Club activities Work with schools, communities and District Education and Sports Bureau (DESB) to identify training needs to ensure trainings are designed to fit specific needs of the target groups Work with schools, communities and DESB to implement gender training and Child-Club activities. Train and develop capacity of DESB and Gender Focal Teachers (GFT) to be trainers to conduct gender training; Support PESS, DESB officials, GFTs, school teachers and directors and community members including Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) members Conduct post-training-follow up and monitoring of activities to promote gender equality in the target schools including Student-Club activitiesSkills, qualifications, experience: Diploma/degree in relevant field, preferably related to Gender, Education, Project Management, or Development Studies Experience in designing training Knowledge of gender-transformative programming Proficiency in English Strong computer skills on MS word, Excel and power point Ability in handling multi tasks and to work to tight deadlines Experience of working with young people and children Experience of conducting training related to gender Experience of conducting awareness-raising activities and campaign in schools and communities Experience developing partnerships with local government A minimum two-year experience of working directly with communities and schools for community development projects in remote and rural areasFOR ALL PLAN POSITIONS: Strong commitment to the equal rights and participation of girls and women is essential Strong commitment to the Rights of the Child is essential Plan does not tolerate child abuse.
