Plan offers competitive salaries and long-term employment opportunities for all posts. Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Coordinator (base in Vientiane Office) Responsibilities will include  Support the MEL and knowledge management processes for Plan Laos programs in dual languages (Lao and English); namely for the Country Program Strategy and MOU monitoring and reportingBe familiar with all aspects of the MEL system including the Country Program Strategy; program objectives and indicators, indicator tracking matrix and data collections toolsSupport the transition from paper based data collection to digital data collectionSupport the utilization of qualitative data collection methods such as most significant change, appreciative inquiry and case studiesSupport MOU reporting for all programsSupport training such as results based project management, monitoring and evaluation skillsSupport the training on use of the system to project, CSO partner and government staffContributes to documentation of project experiences and resultsDoes not line manage staff but provides significant coaching and support to team members in the course of implementing activitiesRequires approximately 60% travel in target Provinces, including remote districts. Skills, qualifications, experienceMinimum of a bachelor’s degree.
