We are present in the majority of the areas thanks to our 14 service units and 50 ATM.Opened Position: Call Centre Officer Key responsibilities: The Call Centre Officer role is to build sustainable relationships and engage our customers by managing large amounts of calls to resolve issues, inquiries and complaints about BFL products / services. Its main purpose is to ensure top quality service standards to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.
