HI is currently seeking a qualified and motivated person to work in the position of CBID Provincial Manager.Position type: Full TimeDuration: one year with possible of extendingBase location: Huaphan province (Candidates from Huaphan Province is advantage) Main responsibilities and activities:Work and Coordinate closely with the LDPA relevant partners to ensure the development of annual budget plan, annual operation work plans and procurement plan; update quarterly.Participate in relevant working groups and/or government workshops to understand and contribute to analysis of key stakeholders at the provincial level for the development of strategic planning.Participate in 6 monthly and annual project review/planning meetings with partners and staff to analyze project strengths, weaknesses and lessons learned and develop annual action planningSupervise and support LDPA on the overall CBID & SE project to ensure the proper understanding of the overall concept of CBID model and steps.Support and coach LDPA on their resources’ management and mobilization (human, material, technical) necessary for the implementation of project activities.Ensure the activities of LDPA are completed as defined by the budget and work plan.Liaise and network with organizations working in relevant sectors and actively promote Humanity & Inclusion’s approach and methodology at the provincial and community level;With MEAL team, ensure that the LDPA project’s database and filing system are regularly updated and the relevant statistical data concerning project activities and beneficiaries are collected and adequatelyProvide ongoing coaching and support for project partner staffs on their project activities implementationDesired qualifications:Lao NationalBachelor’s degree in social development or a relevant subject.At least 3-5 years working experience in project management with an INGO or development organization.
