  • User Support Officer  OUR ACTIVITY:Bivac (Lao) Co., Ltd has implemented and operated through a concession the Lao National Single Window (“LNSW”) which is a platform that automates, optimizes and secures business processes of public & private stakeholders of the trade community.The LNSW will facilitate the import, export transhipment and transit operations through a paperless exchange of documents and the automation of administrative, logistics and customs operations. He replies to all questions of the customer. Finds adapted solutions. Main TasksIn charge of Treating user requests by remote or by in conformity with the procedureIn charge of Training to users in the office and or on the fieldIn charge of preparing training support data / documentationIn charge of executing or Testing the new delivery of the Applications and all its evolutionsCollaborate with the Technical team when necessaryCoordinates and follows-up the activities of the different workgroups and anticipates any functional an technical issue if needIn charge of the Client relationship managementApplies the different protocols of escalation with different suppliersSupervises the execution of the tasks in conformity with the defined processPrepares Process execution reporting of LNSW activity through CRM systemReports any identified system issue and Informs regularly the supervisor of the situationKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCEKEY COMPETENCIESQualifications:Proficient in English (written and spoken) - mandatory, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
