Our early stage, fast growing, and well-funded machine learning business partners with clients that depend on us to provide quality data labeling, annotation, and enrichment services for computer vision and natural language processing use cases across robotics, sports analytics, aerial imagery, e-commerce, fintech, telemedicine, media, agribusiness, and autonomous vehicles.JOB SUMMARYAn exciting and unique opportunity to work for a DDD Client (a well-established top tier European football club) in the field of statistics and data analytics. You will lead, mentor and motivate a dedicated team of operators to deliver high level, consistent and accurate soccer based data.As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring deliverables which are pivotal to providing the client with bespoke advanced soccer data analytics, pre/post-match reports and player/team data metric analysis. You will provide direct operational and technical support to all operators. Communicate with the client via regular calls and multimedia channels ensuring that specific team priority requests are met.  WORK DESCRIPTIONOversee the operations of the team to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently and to ensure that a thorough and organized workflow is maintained to reach regular output demands and varying priority demands.Ensure that the supervisors and senior associates across both on morning and afternoon shifts carry out their roles effectively and manage job workflow and task allocation to the team and project completion timeline.Support operators dealing with in game video tagging technical issues and help resolve or report software bugs and failures.Monitor the performance of the operation’s training department ensuring new incoming staff are up to task and ensure a consistent approach is achieved in training across the board.Track the quality of the operations data output compiling reports and offering structured feedback.Monitor associate productivity and quality performance levels and evaluate, provide feedback and set targets for all associates in order to increase their performance. Monitor unproductive downtime, discipline, high and low associate's performance and report toWork closely with production team and HR on resolving discipline or performance issues in the production team.Identify areas where the project could be run better and communicate these ideas to customer and senior management.Work flexible hours including some weekends.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree.Strong verbal and written ability to communicate in Lao and English.Experience of 7+ years doing similar type of work. Strong skill sets in team building, project planning, issue tracking and resolution.Strong knowledge of Soccer and understanding of its rules.Team builder, with experience in leading teams.
