If you are looking for the employer with culture of Teamwork, Trust & Commitment, Creativity, and Courage where your career is continuously developed and rewarded, please join us as detailed below:HR Administrator       1 PositionBrief Responsibilities: Assists HR Manager for Company Payroll – responsible for collecting and verifying Overtime Working Data, Time Attendance, Leaves, Payment of Transportation, Meal, Shift Allowances, and etc. This is to ensure that the data is accurate and available on a timely manner. Checks and investigate for correction if the data found abnormal. Enters these data into the payroll system for calculation. Responsible for food arrangement for the employees at all shifts. Collects the employees name-list from concerned department. Keeps the record and report to HR Manager for this expenses on bi-weekly basis. To ensure that the canteen including its facilities are clean, well maintained, and ready to use at all times. Be a Trainer for New Employees Induction Program on BCG and EICC. Works in close coordination with HR, CTH, for CLA Uniform, Smock, Shoes, and etc. ensuring that they are available when required. Keeps and well maintain of the record; order, lost, damage, and etc. Responsible for dormitory and its related matters including but not limited to, new employees moving in, existing employees moving out, and returning of the company property if there is, keep the record of utilities and advise if there is an extraordinary; water supply, electricity, cleanliness, security, and etc. Works in close coordination with Dormitory Committee for a strictly follow of Dormitory Rules and Regulations. Prepares monthly reports of HR expenses including but not limited to Food, Transportation, Electricity, Water, Rental, Dormitory Expenses, on timely manner. Responsible for office supplies i.e. coffee/ovaltine, drinking water, tissues, plastic cards for making employees card, and other as required. Keeps and well maintain the record and report these expenses to HR Manager on monthly basis, and when new purchase is required. Responsible for conducting Exit Interview with all Leavers / Resignees. Ensures that the Exit Interview Form had been completed, recorded, and well maintained. Responsible for resignation of all employees and prepare Staff Turnover Rate on monthly basis including reasons for leaving. Works in close coordination with concerned department to ensure the resignation had been processed in compliance with the company separation policy. Responsible for Company Life Insurance to ensure that new & existing employees had been registered, the forms required are completed and recorded, claims received had been processed on a timely manner, information as required by the employees had been provided satisfactorily, and etc. Prepares monthly report on employee in & out, and their claims accurately, and submitted to HR Manager on timely manner. Prepares Bi-weekly Recruitment Progress Report accurately and on timely manner to HR Manager.Qualifications required: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, Business Administration, or others related disciplines, At least 2 years working experience in the same or similar roles & responsibilities, Highly experience in payroll administration, Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills, High responsibility, Reliable, and Accountable, Excellent Teams Player, Positive-thinking, Can-do Attitude, and Work Well with the Numbers / Detailed Oriented, Be proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel. Prepares an annual manpower plan in cooperation with the operations. Reviews and update the plan on a quarterly basis. Prepares a bi-weekly recruitment progress report and send it to the consideration of the HR Manager on timely manner. Works with the recruitment agencies, headhunting companies, HR networking group/association, and others as available to search for qualified candidates ensuring that there are enough applications/candidates to the consideration of hiring manager. Actively research and recommend new sources for candidates’ recruitment. Builds network with i.e. Universities, Colleges, HR Network, Employer Association, and etc. to find qualified candidates. Prepares an annual Job Promotion Event/Employer Branding Activities Plan including Career or Job Fairs, Campus Recruitment, Open House, and etc. Organizes and attends the Events. Prepares all materials required for the events; applications, displays, brochures, and etc. To work with the department head to assign the hiring manager to conduct the interview at the event for targeted positions. Prepares a company job advertisement format to the consideration of HR manager on a quarterly basis. Responsible for new employees on-boarding program including being a trainer on company rules & regulations, business code of conduct, and etc. Responsible for Company Internship/Training Program; Internship Recruitment, On-boarding, and Allowance Payment ensuring that this program had been carried out in line with the Company Internship Policy and Procedures. Works in close coordination with department heads and educational institutions for internship/training program. Responsible for Internship/Training Database, update and well maintain it. Prepares an annual Company/Site Corporate Social Responsibility plan, and carry out the activities in accordance with the plan on timely manner. Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager and/or authorized persons.Minimum Qualifications Required: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, Business Administration, or others related disciplines, At least 2 years working experience in the same or similar roles & responsibilities, Highly experience in recruitment in particular from manufacturing or large scale company with more than 500 employees will be definitely advantage, Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills, High responsibility, Reliable, and Accountable, Excellent Teams Player, Positive-Thinking, Can-do Attitude, and work well with all people/employees at all levels, Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Good Command of written and spoken English.
