Assistance in coordinating between related Lao government organizations, Ministries, and the project, including arranging meetings and making appointments. Creating documents and collecting data related to public transportation. Accompanying the JICA experts to meetings and appointments, including interpretation (if necessary) as well as preparation of meeting records in English and Lao. Support in the arrangement and implementation of training workshops/seminars and public relations activities. The tasks include compiling hand-outs, preparing presentation and promotional materials, communicating with instructors/lecturers and the media, setting up venues, and other related tasks. Support in other tasks upon the request of the JICA experts.Qualifications and Experience University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Traffic Engineering, or any other related fields. Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lao.
