With programs in malaria, reproductive health, child survival, HIV, and sanitation, PSI promotes products, services and healthy behavior that enable low-income and vulnerable people to lead healthier lives.Job Summary: Key activities are services delivery capacity building to both public and private sector provider to ensure they can provide high quality malaria, TB and family planning services to women; and high quality data to DHIS2, the Medical Quality Assurance Supervisor is the focal point person to conduct quality assurance for all programs within PSI Laos.Main Duties:Coordinate with WHP, Malaria, TB team and marketing teams to develop QA tools to ensure malaria WHP and TB services delivery and data are high quality.Coordinate with MCHC, OBGY, CMPE, NTC and Department of Healthcare to ensure the QA activities are conducted as planned.Coordinate with PSI HQ for QA standard materials to ensure all medical work in PSI Laos are complying with the standard.Lead the QA work including HNQIS app and conduct the training for team on using it for QA work.Coordinate with medical team and marketing team to conduct QA activities for WHP, malaria, TB projectCoordinate with programs and marketing manager to determine data collection and use needs for quality assurance.Develop data collection methods, and provide support regarding data collection and analysis.Build a good relationship with relevant local government authorities, private providers for smooth project implementation.Collaborate with program and field staff on quality principles and value of meeting and exceeding quality standards.Function as resource consultant to administrator and manager on applicable program state standards.Collect any relevant information for project implementation from relevant government, private sectors and local NGOs partners.Keep record & report the result of conducting all activity to supervisor every time.Works with program team and MIS on the use of QA tools for improving data quality in DHIS2.Attend relevant trainings, meetings and workshops as neededPerform other related duties as required.Minimum Job requirement:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Master degree in pharmaceutical science, medical field of study, any related medical field, or any related social science field.Experiences: 1-2 years working experiences in Quality Assurance work.English Competency: Excellent English and Lao language is requiredComputer Skills: MS office (Words, Excels, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) internet web browsers and emailSpecific Knowledge: Family planning services and QA procedurePersonal Attribute: Friendly, good organization and communication skills.Key Knowledges and Skills:Knowledges: Medical Science, OBGY, Family planning (FP), Malaria, TB Human Behavior, Communication and Management, Private Sector.Skills: Must have clinical skills, actively listen and utilize critical thinking, strong communication, interpersonal, make independent judgment, persuasion and rapport-building skills.Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest and curriculum vitae to the PSI/Laos Human Resource Coordinator, email (hr@psilaos.org) or deliver a hard copy to PSI/Laos (Donkoi Village, Unit 16, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital) by deadline on 21 Jan 2021.
