Site-based employees work a roster of 20 days on, 8 days off or 14 days on, 7 days off for shift work, while Vientiane – based employees work 5 days per week with 2 days off.Reporting to the Procure to Pay (P2P) Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising and developing our purchasing team with a focus on the high quality customer service. You will work alongside with the Expediting Supervisor and Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure efficient ordering and payment of suppliers, compliance with service level agreements and general terms and conditions are consistently applied. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor and will be responsible for a wide variety of accounting tasks including preparing financial reports in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), month-end close, year-end close, journal entries, general ledger analysis and support multi-company financial statement audits.
