Leading relationship officers in promoting and selling MJBL products to clients, markets or communities to achieve the target plan of each relationship officer as well as target plan of service unit. To ensure that all relationship officers are capable to deliver training on bank products, policies and other related topics to clients at communities. Support relationship officer in completing loan document and review all loan applications. Hence conduct re-assessment to validate data collection and quality of loan appraisal of each relationship officer than make recommendation or approve the loan based on discretionary power. To ensure that regularly monitoring and reviewing of loans are properly done to identify early warning of loans that may lead to default, appropriate actions are taken on time and default clients are closely followed up. To keep good relationship with staffs, local authorities and other stakeholders. Perform other tasks as assigned by service unit manager.Qualifications Possess a recognized degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economic, Laws, Political Science, Business Administration or other related fields. At least 2 years working experience in bank or microfinance institution. Possess computer knowledge. Handle accounting system data back up and storing based on IT data security policy.
