The organization’s vision is of a Lao society where all adults and children live as equal individuals in a safe environment.Handicap International (HI) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated person to work in the position of CAMA CoordinatorPosition type: Full TimeBase location: Vientiane Capital with frequent travel to the provinceMain responsibilities and activities: Responsible for the overall management of the project ‘A comprehensive approach to reduce the impact of Unexploded Ordnance on Human Safety and Rural Livelihoods in Lao PDR’ (EU and CDCS funding’s) implemented in Houaphan Province - including activities planning and development, partnership development, activities implementation, activities monitoring and evaluation, communication and reporting, human resources management, financial management, and logistics management Manage the logistical and financial support for the field visits and planning meetings (village, district and provincial) Ensure monthly dashboard and UXO Program Data is uploaded and quality checked with the HMA Coordinator Review and analyse all statistical data concerning activities and services on a monthly basis with the HMA Coordinator. Coordinate to increase the management skills of supervisory staff. Update the PM Box each month by collating information from the Project ManagersDesired qualifications: Lao National Bachelor degree in Business Administration or another related subject. 2 years work experience Proven organizational ability. Demonstrated planning and work plan formulation skills. Proven competence in report writing. Ability to work proactively and with initiative. Previous experience working with an INGO, NGO, CBO or GRO an advantage. Fluent knowledge of English (oral and written). Very good knowledge of Windows MS Office and good knowledge of MS Project.
