If you are interested in professional growth and a career challenge, contact us about the opportunities available to join our team!Legal/Risk Management & Compliance DepartmentsPosition/Title: Assistant ManagerDuties & Responsibilities:Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentation.Negotiate on legal terms and conditions of contracts and any legal documentations, advise on new business ventures and transaction matters.Coordinate and contact with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsel in Thailand and overseas.Review and revise the Company's procedural manuals, agreements, internal policies. and reports.Strategize with the Company's Executives regarding legal issues that affect the Company.Develop in depth subject matter expertise in legal and compliance to benefit the business.Identify, manage, and provide solutions to potential risks and ensure compliance.Resolve issues and disputes, minimize potential for litigation, and foster protection of the Company's reputation.Stay abreast of legal developments affecting the Company, its clients and its industry and synthesize the information to incorporate it into the Company's business goals.Draft, prepare, and assemble monthly reports related to Legal topics concerning the Company.Ensure general supervision, adjustment, guidance/advising of related divisions/subsidiaries on integrated risk management.Disseminate written policies and procedures related to Departmental activities and provide corresponding training.Maintain detailed records and documentation of Legal-related activities.Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standards violationsQualifications:Bachelors’ Degree/College Degree; Preferably in Law, Finance or Business Administration.Minimum of 2-5 years working experience in relevant field or Finance.At least few years of experience at management level in the field of business law, contract negotiation/drafting.Good command of both spoken and written English;Ability to translate documents from Lao into Lao and English into Lao.High commitment, accountability, and responsibility.Ability to work independently and on a team at a high level.
