The successful candidate will be self-motivated to help achieve our goals of financial reporting & communications excellence.Principal Accountabilities: Modeling the financial impact of variety of business decisions and presenting options to business leaders. Helping drive process and cost efficiencies for business operations.Analyzing and interpreting financial results and forecasts (Variance analysis P&L Impact).Providing key business and financial guidance to organization( Budgeting and forecasting)Provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for financial function or a business.Consult with leader s to guide and influence strategic decision-making.Provide accurate and timely financial information to management ( decision support, business planning)Lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple functions within finance.Act as primary liaison with corporate bank. Ensure financing arrangements are kept current and favorable.
