Now, we are looking for dynamic employees to join with us in Headquarter office in Vientiane as below positions: Head of Legal and Compliance (1 position)Duty and Responsibility Compliance: Issue the internal policies  aligned with  Allianz Group   and regulatory requirements; ; Collaborate with relevant section to brainstorm on the policies requirement to ensure that the policies are consistent with the local practice; Review the internal business processes regarding to the compliance and ethical standards; Pro-actively identify compliance risks and develop and implement appropriate policies and; programs to support a reduction or management of the risk; Closely collaborate to internal audit and Risk officer to monitoring and policy issuance; Monitor  the compliance in the company according to the internal policies ; Being the main contact to Group and Region Office regarding to compliance and legal  and present to management for the requirements to local implementation; Responsible for the creating employee’s awareness over the compliance’s internal policies   by organizing training  yearly and quarterly accordingly the policies’ requirement;; Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly report to management, CEOs and Group via Gin;Legal: Being the Investigation team leader in order to ensure that the  allegation and suspicion are followed  and settled accordingly ; Jointly conduct  the investigation to the suspicion and allegation with the investigation team leader; Conduct the report to the management, CEOs and Group level on the legal issues; Provide legal advice as required by employees;  Responsible to draft contract for both the standard and non-standard contract , review contract and  input  some legal advices in the contract ; Collaborate to the regulation and authority to share  the legal perspective and recent practice  as required by the regulator; Update the regulations to the management once there is relevant regulations to the internal practice; Responsible to handle the litigations by preparing the suing documents, following up, collaborate to the authorities  and report to the management on the progress; Be responsible for all internal legal issues in the Company; Give general legal advices to the departments and Management,Qualifications & Skills requirements: Master or Bachelor Degree in Laws; Or have “Lao Lawyer Qualification Certificate” ; At least 5 years professional experience in legal & compliance field; At least 3 years people management experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong convincing skill, interpersonal skill and influencing skill; Exceptional judgment- business acumen, insightful understanding the regulations and take actions.AGL offers: Competitive salary Great career progress opportunities Comprehensive on job training A friendly and supportive work environmentOnly Laos Nationality is eligible to apply. Now, we are looking for dynamic employees to join with us in Headquarter office in Vientiane as below positions:Claims Adjuster (1 position)Duties and Responsibility Standby and prepare necessary tools and documents for accident surveying ; Prepare oneself at all time (while on-duty) to be ready for receiving accident declaration from Helpline (Note: while having status as Off-duty the adjuster maybe still requested to assist in case there are too many accidents or accident happen very near to the adjuster residence); Provide assistance by addressing to the accident site immediately and collect all required information for opening claims i.e. Compensation Agreement, Photos, Policy, etc; Verify the validation of the insurance and clarify terms and condition to the insurance policy to the insured. Assist the insured to negotiate and mitigate the dispute may have with adversary aiming to deliver an agreement as well as providing appropriate technical advices to the insured where necessary (e.g. legal issues, traffic rule issues, etc); Contact police to the accident site in case of serious accident e.g. huge damages, wound and/or decease, etc for police actions in order to  obtain information that relates to criminal issue; Prepare note of accident declaration to report Helpline; Determine responsibility involved by the parties and assist the customer as well the adversary to settle the conflict and mitigate the claim (if any); Forward claim that ended with no agreement from the site to Legal Division to pursue the case on Police Office, Court, Tribunal, etc; Do necessary actions to prevent further loss may have and protect the right and benefits of the insured as well as AGL; Prepare report for Helpline to open the claim file; Perform other tasks as advised by Adjuster Supervisor, HoD.Qualifications & Skills requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law or related filed; At least 2 years experiences in legal or similar nature of work; Strong  knowledge on Traffic Road Law Experience in the field of Traffic Safety or similar responsibilities will be considered as a plus; Male between 25-30 years old with good health Be able to travel and work outside office (surveying accident site); Good command of written and spoken English; Minimum basic computer skills e.g. MS Word,  MS Excel, MS Outlook (Email), etc; Negotiation and communication skills Good personality, willing to learn and be able to work in team; Be able to work in a dynamic & under pressure environment; Good presentation, Polite & Friendly as to work with multicultural clients and colleagues.AGL offers: Competitive salary Great career progress opportunities Comprehensive on job training A friendly and supportive work environmentOnly Laos Nationality is eligible to apply.
